Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area I permanently moved to Wellington in 2021 🇳🇿 

With a passion for building and problem solving, the work that comes with constructing and sustaining the customer experiences is very rewarding to me. From early leadership in retail stores to the volatile journey of startups, I am thrilled to work with others and transform customer experiences, process & teams!

With the jump to Wellington & into consulting, I am a partner with the multinational CX consulting firm Koda Support based in Sydney.
